Aside from heading up our team, David is also responsible for leading the training programme for new franchises. With his friendly, approachable style, he is ideal for guiding you on the first steps of your journey with us.

As a franchisee, you will also be able to benefit from all her expertise in running the systems that make the franchise so efficient, as well as all the hard work she puts into helping the network to continually develop and improve.

As manager of our corporately-owned territories, Steve brings a huge wealth of knowledge to the network from his many years in the lawn care industry. Aside from the essential training and support he brings to the franchise, he is also responsible for managing and implementing marketing and business development plans right across the corporate network, driving the brands growth and success.

As part of our administration team, Lauren is responsible for recording and funnelling new enquiries across the franchise network, and for procuring and distributing the key products used in our service. She also provides admin support to the franchise network, both existing, and with the onboarding of new franchisees.

Alongside Lauren, Sharon ensures that all our leads, enquiries and products reach the right parts of the network. She also heads up the financial management of our corporate branches.

Kirsty runs the Greensleeves’ financial team, and ensures that all our internal accounts are run as efficiently as possible. She also helps to support our network with invaluable advice and guidance on financial management.
