You don’t even need to have experience of running your own business, though that would be a big advantage, of course. As part of our commitment to you, we will train you in every aspect of running a successful lawn care franchise and will ensure that you continue to benefit from all our skills and expertise throughout your partnership with us.

How to deliver our expert service

This will include every aspect of providing the high-quality lawn care services that our brand is renowned for, including lawn culture & nutrition, weed/disease identification, the different treatments available, and how to handle the relevant equipment.

Operations Training

We will take you through all the day-to-day procedures and operations required for running a franchise, and also train you in the use of our bespoke database and booking system.


We will share all of our top marketing strategies with you and help you to adapt them to your territory. We will also train you in the use of our CRM systems, which have been custom-designed to streamline enquiries and maximise lead conversion.

Health & Safety Training

We will train you in how to keep yourself and your customers safe during the delivery of our services, and how to store your equipment and chemicals safely. We will also guide you through an NPTC program and exam which leads to an industry recognised qualification, allowing you to meet the legal requirements of handling pesticides in a commercial situation.

Business & Financial Planning

We will show you how to plan your business strategy, and tailor that plan to grow your franchise at a healthy rate whilst making sure you remain in complete control at all times. Our financial team will also ensure that you know how to invoice your customers, regulate your accounts, and manage credit control efficiently, freeing you up to spend more time on your core business.
